First off, I've started to try out inking for the first time since 2005. I'm a fag for fancy-but-cheap pens, and I found a .7mm one that really piqued my interest during tax free weekend at work. I... probably should scan all I've done so far before my sister leaves tomorrow for school with the All-in-One, though I'm a bit surprised she hasn't packed it up yet. Most of it's just the Aim Higher gang (have I explained who they are on here? probably not...), but that's probably expected of me!

It looks like something someone would post in the dA thread over at NPC, but it amuses the hell out of me for some reason. Maybe I'm kinda retarded, I dunno.
Now yesterday, THAT was a nice day. Me and a buddy went to Garner, which she wasn't too fond of us walking in the heat over from Michaels to the Best Buy that was on the opposite end of the shopping center (I KNOW YOU CAN READ THIS). And then imagine my surprised when she admitted that she intended on getting a tablet since we were there. They were out of the Wacom Bamboo Fun, but the Craft is the same goddamn thing aside from one or two programs that come packaged with it.
The only thing I particularly hated about it was my car overheating buy the time we got back to her place, boy oh boy that was embarassing (actually I'm being serious about it, I kept apologizing like a dumbass about it). At least I got to see her install her tablet and try out the cracked copy of CS4 Lite Mitch hooked me up with (which Teach provided the link to me, since I'd lost it before).

So this morning I'd intended on picking up my paycheck before 8AM and take my mom to work (I'm a bit worried about driving too far with my car due to overheating issues... which I feel bad for thinking it was the water pump when it turned out to be the fan =I ). Well... that kinda didn't pan out, haha. So I dropped her off at 9AM and went home for about an hour and put a Love/Hate album on my mp3 player to curb my appetite for metal.
So I get to work around... 10:30AM or so and pick it up, then head off to deposit some of it into the bank. There's a Belk right accross the parking lot where the bank's at, so I went in and bought a shirt (which hell, I need to do some clothes shopping by the end of the summer). Kinda felt like I was acting fidgety the entire time, but whatever. Pretty much a simple in and out so I could head to Sanford before noon.
So! On my way to school (which is roughly an hour from Dunn), I stop by some convenient store near my old high school and get a Monster. My main intent on going there though was to actually find a bottled Rip It, since a friend of mine loves the brand (a can of which is just $1). Class carried on like normal, lecture then the computer lab. When I got out I headed over to a Sheetz (great gas station, has this nifty restaurant inside where you order food via touch screen kiosks!) in Fuquay to apply for some rewards program. I don't go there that often, but what's the harm? Didn't cost anything at all, so s'all good! ^o^
So right before my mom's about to get off work, she ends up being stuck with a customer for about an hour. So I... kinda ended up walking around Staples getting ideas for what I could use for turning my room into a pseudo-office. Which leads to what I'm working on now! Actually cleaning my room up and doing some reorganizing. I'm hoping it'll end up being worthwhile. =D |

My fucking awesome .7mm mechanical pencil? Hello?! How else am I supposed to practice drawing Pokemon for bookmarks? There's no way I can go back to normal pencils, it's basically spoiled me rotten.
Also, I'm too retarded to figure out how to properly get that nifty "Powered by last.fm" thing going on in my entries. I'll figure it out sooner or later. |

But not these days, since I'm trying to do too many things at once. That, and I have like five friends and half of them don't remember their accounts. Psy yi yi.
But y'know? It might be a good thing I don't keep this updated, because I'd probably just bitch in half of my entries. Like right now, I overreacted about my car after a friend of mine said the water pump or the head gasket might be what's causing. It... might just be the fan not working due to a blown fuse or bad wiring. Goddammit Solar.
Well at least the wedding I went to that led to Rusty overheating was great! Haha, my sister and I somehow ended up trailing the newlyweds to the reception by a stoke of luck (we had to stop by a gas station to fill up/buy water). |

So a friend of mine from the spring semester came to school today, and a couple of us went to Mcdonalds for lunch. Well y'see, Malcolm spent most of that semester tormenting him with Goatse (one time he taped several copies of it all over his computer and keyboard, set it as the background, and slowed down the mouse speed to the slowest it could go). This time, all he did was print off a picture (black and white) and flashed it a few times.
While leaving to go back to school, he'd put it up on the window for anyone outside to see (the windows were tinted anyway, so it didn't matter much). Alan (the guy who came over) told him to stop, so I took it. It was getting stuffy in there, so I rolled down the window. That's when I got an idea.
I held up the paper and showed it to several cars while we drove past the drive-through line. When we got back, I stuck it on a urinal for some unsuspecting person to see. 
When I got home, I noticed that a club I'm in at deviantART had just run out on their subscription. So I donated a three-month one.
If Karma was real, that might balance things out. Maybe.
